Dance Festivals

Age 6+ years

Students who attend our syllabus classes in modern and ballet are eligible to join our dance festival team. From grade 1 ballet upwards students must attend 2 ballet classes per week to be eligible to compete in this genre.

Competing in dance festivals helps to build stronger technique and performance skills and our students grow in confidence.

Students must attend private lessons to have their own dance(s) choreographed by a member of the KDA teaching team. Private slots are currently available on a Saturday. Once the dance is competition ready students are entered for various competitions around Essex.

Fees: £15 per 30 minute private lesson fortnightly
